Nano material which developed from the middle of 1980s has full new structures. They present a wide application foreground in the magnetic material, the electronic material, the optical material, agglutination of refined character density aspects, catalysis, sensing, ceramic plasticizing and so on due to their unique small-size effect,surface effect,quantum-size effect and macroscopic quantum tunnel effect. Research of preparation and properties apllied. of nano-ZnO with low-cost has important theoretical and practical significance.In the paper, synthesies of ZnO is studied. Effects of kinds of factors on nano material structure, size and capability are systemly studied. Photocatalytic propertieties is focus on researched. Main results of the paper are as follows.(1) Zinc acetate and sodium hydrate are used as material and one step method under low temperature are taken to synthesize nano ZnO. Effects of reaction factors such as reaction temperature, different Zn2+ concentration, different ratio of CZn2+/CoH- reactant concentration, different stiring speed and different technology of washing and drying etal on morphology and properties of ZnO are syetemly studied, which determined that the optimum conditions of preparation of ZnO are as follows:reaction temperature is 100℃, concentration ratio of CZn2+/CoH- is 1:2, stiring speed is 550 r·min-1, technology of washing and drying is washing of water and drying by water. This paper synthesized nano-ZnO with small, uniform size and high efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B.(2) The photocatalysis of the nano ZnO under water suspension with Rhodamin B is studied in the paper, Effects of synthesition of ZnO by different conditions, dosage of ZnO, solvent initial concentration, solvent concentration of pH, different Photosource etal on Rhodamin B decolorization efficiency are inspected. The results show that best dosage for ZnO is 0.2 g·L-1, solvent initial concentration is 3mg·L-1. The order for the degradation of Rhodamin B is sunlight> UV> cloudy. Efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of concentration can be best and achieve 100% basically under solar Irradiation and pH value of 10.0 after 120min.The recovery of ZnO for photocatalytic degradation still has good capability of photocatalysis, which indicated that ZnO which synthesized by one step method under low temperature was applicable to deal with the treatment of dye wastewater.(3) Catalysts of ZnO immobilized on fabric was prepared. The degradation properties of Rhodamin B in solar irradiation with ZnO immobilized on fabric were investigated. In the experiment,effects of the quantity of the fabric, the value of pH and washing times on Rhodamin B decolorization efficiency were researched. The results showed that this functional fabric has the high stability of photocatalysis degradation, the results can be better especially in the environment of alkaline, when the decolorization efficiency can achieve 95.2% after 360min. The functional fabric can used repeatedly and has a lasting performance.(4) Whether nano ZnO of suspended or immobilized on fabric can definitely activate the activeness of photocatalyst. It indicated that nano ZnO obtained by the experiment has high catalytic degradation of capacity by taking use of he sunlight which moderately-priced and easily obtained, which also reduced the cost of the photocatalytic degradation greatly and can suit for the large-scale application of industrialization. So this has great practical significance of energy conservation, environmental protection and industrial production.
