It is known that the choosing of mining methods is the hardcore of a mine's construction and production, that how to find a safe, efficient, economic and reasonable mining meted is a main point, that a suitable method is the base of rational planning, economic mining and safety production.In this paper, the object that we researched is the 2nd iron ore of Gongchangling Mine. Furthermore, by using some similar mines those have successful experience all over the world for reference, using the theory of fuzzy mathematics'principle, original choosing through fuzzy clustering and eventual choosing through fuzzy integrated judge, it can be concluded that phases forced avalanching method is an optimized method for mining. Finally, by comparing phases forced avalanching method and subsection avalanching without bottom poles method, it seems that the latter has its advantages, but it really seems that the former might be more important role in the mine's future development.During the process of original choosing by fuzzy clustering, it is compared with Nicholas Method, and the conclusion is that the fuzzy method has more advantages than the latter one.The preconditions of fuzzy integrated judge are power values and subjection degree. It uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method when seeking for power values' matrix, combining nature determined analyze and quantify fixed analyze, satisfies the request for objectivity and science in choosing of mining methods field based on present technical conditions; before the determining of every target's subjection degree matrix, it uses BP neural network to predict the quantify fixed targets such as production ability, mining efficiency, losing rate, combing rate, production costs and mining-cutting rate based on collecting and choosing a number of geological data, it also supports some valuable data for the mining area's deciding and planning of integrated mining; when dealing with the nature determined targets such as safety degree, airiness condition, familiar degree, labor intension and adapted degree, it uses fuzzy preference compositor method which belongs to fuzzy duality contrast method to quantify the fuzzy relationship, and finally meet the aim of the determining of subjection degree.In this paper, it has researched the methods those have been maken use of by simulating. Finally, we have the conclusion that phases forced avalanching method is suitable for 2nd iron ore, and, have analyzed roundly by comparing simulating results and reality.
