All-hydrogen Bell-type Annealing Furnace is a common heat treating furnace with high power circulating fan that accelerates gas circulation and enchant heat transfer by convection; to adopt hydrogen as protective gas and it can bring the hydrogen superiority of lightweight, strong penetration, big thermal conductivity powerful reducing capacity into full play. The application of All-hydrogen Bell-type Annealing Furnace became routine, and in the world it has formed a hydrogen furnace to gradually replace the entire nitrogen hydrogen furnace trend. Therefore, It is of great significance to digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technology, development All-hydrogen Bell-type Annealing Furnace which is appropriate to Chinas needs that in-depth studying the annealing and heat transfer process of All-hydrogen Bell-type Annealing Furnace, researching and establishing mathematical model of All-hydrogen Bell-type Annealing Furnace.On the basis of existing mathematical models, in this paper, it constructs a relationship between the surface temperature of band steel and gas temperature through artificial neural network algorithm. Because the band steel internal temperature can not be detected directly, so based on the internal heat-transferring analysis of coil of strip, it can calculate internal temperature of coil of strip. When establishing neural network structure, considering that annealing furnace is a nonlinear, long time delay object, the surface temperature of band steel has not only a relationship with furnace temperature of the moment,but also pro-moment surface temperature of band.We take furnace temperature of the moment,but also pro-moment surface temperature of band as a input variable of network. In addition, this paper makes a in-depth study on main heat transfer design parameters in All-hydrogen Bell-type Annealing Furnace. Mainly introduces two important parameters that have impact on the coil heat exchanger-heat transfer coefficient and coil radial equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient, give a detailed analysis of factors that impacts the above two parameters and influence that the coil thickness, coil diameter have on the annealing process.In this paper, after the establishment of the furnace and coil internal heat transfer model, take simulation analysis on computer and give accurate reflection of the furnace heat transfer process, it can make guidance on production and operation of All-hydrogen Bell-type Annealing Furnace. This illustrates the superiority of All-hydrogen Bell-type Annealing Furnace relative to traditional Annealing Furnace in terms of mechanism. Hydrogen annealing technology can effectively improve the coil internal thermal efficiency, improve coil external heat transfer environment, thus increases quantity and quality of products.
