High efficient recycling sintering waste heat resources is one of the key approaches for steel corporation to reduce working procedure energy consumption.Dry sintering machine ignition front sintering mixture is sintering waste heat resources recovery and utilization's instrument,not only it reduces sintering working procedure energy consumption,but also it improves the follow-up ignition and sintering technics condition. Regarding the sinter material drying in transit hot working behavior's research, this paper has carried out the corresponding experiment and the analysis to clarify the basic laws of sintering material drying and infection factors.In experimental study, Carried on the thermogravimetry, the drying oven,class dry and so on in laboratory experiments and half industrial experiment, Carrying on the lOmg level, the lOg level, the 100g level, the 1kg level and the 10kg level series experiment separately. The experimental result indicated, (1) in the material contains 80-90% moisture to be able to remove in the first 5-10 minutes; (2) The whole drying process includes short dry stage and long dry stage, and does not have the constant speed section nearly. (3) The sinter material's critical moisture content is 5.5-5.7% approximately; (4) the dry hot-blast temperature and the current influence drying basically factors, In experimental condition, The hot-blast temperature must be bigger than the hot blast current to drying in transit's influence the influence obviously. And the hot-blast temperature, current and drying rate is higher, the drying time is shorter.In research, according to moving cross flow mathematical model establishe the sinter material drying in transit model. Based on this has conducted the Anshan Iron and Steel Company some 360m sintering machine drying in transit analytical tray using the above model.As a result, (1) the sintering material has short constant speed and long reduction of speed in the drying. And changes of the drying rate in the dry section is approximate the straight line. (2) Hot-blast temperature and. current capacity, the material level percentage of voids and the particle size are the drying in transit major effect factors, And in transit's influence the hot-blast temperature and the current capacity are bigger than the material level percentage of voids and the particle size influence, and hot-blast temperature's influence must be bigger than the current capacity the influence; 3) hot-blast temperature in 200℃before is big to the dry influence, above 250℃, especially, above 300℃, has not affected nearly. So, we suggest hot-blast temperature scope in 200℃-250℃; (4) In 200℃-250℃temperature sector, it is easy to obtain the suitable moisture, we suggestion drying loose quantity above 1.5m/s.
