Synthesis of nanopowder by freeze-drying is one of the hot and forward position subject in material science field because the powder synthesized by this method has many excellent characteristics such as regular particle shape, shall and even diameter, narrow granularity distributing, pure chemical composition, weak agglomeration, easy dispersal and so on. Functionally inorganic nanometer materials are focused on since their particularly function in physics and chemistry.Out of material heat and mass transfer process in-depth research needs, the researchers started to become more concerned about the material microstructure of heat and mass transfer process, as well as heat and mass transfer process on the micro-structure of the materials. Therefore, the on-line real-time observation in a vacuum under conditions of low temperature heat and mass transfer of materials in the micro-structure changes, it is very necessary.In this paper, we focused on the current vacuum freeze-dried powder prepared by the process of micro-nano-testing requirements designed a simple observation devices, the device can be in a vacuum, low temperature under special conditions, such as real-time continuous observation of various heat and mass transfer of materials in the course of structural changes in microscopic level. The device can be real-time observation of temperature materials, observing the indoor vacuum can also be microscope observation camera images directly conveyed to a computer on-line observation.In this paper, we use freeze-dried prepared by the Cu (OH)2 and CuO, the powder are detected by micro-testing,XRD,TEM and SEM. DTA and TG test are done for nickel hydrate and copper hydrate nanopowder to confirm their compounds. And freeze-drying experiment on the detection of the powder showed that the precursor solution to the frozen form by the end of the performance of powder and after the rate freeze-drying has a decisive impact.In this paper, we prepared by the freeze-dried powder in the nano-freezing process of theoretical analysis, through the establishment of mathematical model for calculating ice industry has been moving rate, the time required to complete the freezing process, and other important data; Analysis of the freezing rate and the nano-particle size and quality of the relationship between the powder.Through this paper, the theoretical and experimental study, researchers can make more in-depth understanding of solution prepared by freeze-drying process of nano-powder and the formation of ice crystals in the growth process, the sublimation of water or vaporization process and solid-state components of the microscopic structure of the process, To further improve the technology and development and provide a theoretical basis, the accumulation of practical experience.
