Object of this study was oily sludge, from Liaohe Petrochemical Branch, which was treated by means of compression-filtration with existence of mixed filter aids, by studying many processing method and integrating with physical circumstance of Petrochemical Branch. Adding coal,sawdust,hydrogen peroxide and PAM to the sludge, the purpose is to maintain oil to filtration cake by means of compression-filtration in appropriate filtration conditions.The moisture content,oil content and pH value of oily sludge is 96%,14000mg/l, and about 8.0 separately. on the basis of the moisture content of filtration cake and oil content of filtrate and a series of detail research, through analyzing pressure,temperature mixing time and so on,we can draw a conclusion that water separation capability increased obviously, but oil retention capability declined along with the rising of the filtration pressure and temperature; water separation capability and oil retention capability increased during pH declined; water separation capability changed little and oil retention capability declined with the mixing time increasing; coal,sawdust and hydrogen peroxide could strengthen water separation capability and oil retention capability, but PAM only strengthened water separation capability.The sample of pH value was adjusted to 7, as mixed filter aids,45g/L coal,5g/L sawdust,5ml/L hydrogen peroxide and 0.05g/L PAM were added to the sample, and then were stirred at 200rad/min for 20min at room temperature, selecting fabric of DL-148, and filtrated at the pressure of 0.4MPa, the best time of filtering is 30min.the moisture content of filtration cake declined to 40.89%, at this point, oil-water separation could be realized; oil content of filtrate dropped down to 15.3 mg/1 which could be directly biochemical-disposed; the heat of filtration cake was 19465kJ/kg, oil partly offered 6329 kJ/kg,about 1500 kcal.Our study based on solid-liquid separation theory, the reduction,recycle and safe treatment of oily sludge could be realized.
