Nowadays, low-carbon economy, energy conservation and environmental protection has become the social theme, in the electric power consumption, motor held very large proportion. Real-time adjustment speed of motor, to reduce motor energy consumption and it is the currently hot research topic to develop a high performance, high stability, a high-precision motor control system at motor control field.This study is the only domestic and foreign motor speed control method, but also to control the chip, power-driven devices have made the corresponding research. Taking S3C2410 as CPU, making three-phase asynchronous motor as research object, adopting the direct torque control as the method. Design a three-phase asynchronous motor control system driving circuit and control circuit, and write out the corresponding procedures, combined with embedded technology, real-time operating system teohnology, graphical interface technology, using GEC2410 and QT development platform to run multiple tasks,real-time processing and human-computer interaction and the combination of direct torque control principle,the ultimate aim to achieve speed.This control system design process, is divided into several parts:(1) introduces the development and classification of the electric motor, the development of AC Speed Control System, the application of ARM processor in motor control, the basic types of speed control, by comparing the control scheme,and give out the corresponding technical route.(2) from the structure, working principle, mathematical model, torque characteristics and mechanical properties of three-phase asynchronous motors, the theoretical basis of the direct torque control aspects have been described.(3) development board GEC2410 used onboard resources and development of software used ADS 1.2 briefly described.(4) describes the control system hardware design, including power-driven devices and the choice of switching device, buffer and filter circuit, speed feedback circuit, etc. Finally, the application anti-jamming technology in this system.(5) the development of system software, using C/C++ and assembly language design, including initialization, PWM process, speed control procedures, in the graphical interface development, the application of QT development control interface man-machine interface. (6) concludes this issue of the design process and the problems in the work and give their views and outlook for the next step.
