Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) is widely used in power supply and distribution system, which plays both control and protection functions in electric network. The appearance of permanent magnetic actuator (PMA) brings about better condition to complement the synchronous control for vacuum circuit breaker, the synchronous control technique can reduce the high voltage switch closing surge and over-voltage effectively,increase the interrupting capacity of switches,improve the reliability of electric power system.To ensure safety and reliability service of electric power system,the research of synchronous control system that is about VCB equipped with PMA is essential. Many people have paid attention to the research and application of synchronous control system.The paper focuses on VS1-12/M VCB equipped with PMA, discusses synchronous control system. It adopts MATLAB related toolbox to simulate and analyze.It provides the basis for intelligent of VS1-12/M VCB equipped with PMA.In this paper,it introduces the structure and principle of VS1-12/M VCB equipped with PMA at the first, and gets the dynamic characteristics of VS1-12/M VCB equipped with PMA by calculation.Then analyses synchronous control technology of synchronous closing capacitor by circuit breaker, and analyses the effect of the pre-breakdown and the control voltage especially. It provide the basis for design of synchronous control system.In this paper, TI's DSP TMS320LF2407A is used as the synchronous control system hardware core, the paper gives the total hardware architecture of synchronous control system, and the hardware design includes DSP control module design, data acquisition module design, communication module design, charging module design, switching drive control module design and man-machine interface module design. To use the CAN 2.0 module in the TMS320LF2407A, through the CAN Bus circuit breakers can communicate with PC, which can realize the founction of remote synchronous control. Software is designed with a DSP integrated development environment CCS as a synchronous control system software development platform, using C language and assembly language mixed approach to the development of software programs, paper presented the overall software architecture of synchronous control system and the various subroutines, which include send and receive signals module subroutine, zero calculation subroutine and input / output module subprogram. The design is take full account of the complexity of circuit breakers work environment; it discusses the electromagnetic compatibility of synchronization control system, and improves the synchronization control system anti-jamming capability.Finally, to verify the synchronization control system can achieve synchronous control, simulate the system using MATLA, the results show that the designed control system is reliable and efficient. |
