Sheet metal parts are a major component of the aircraft, in the aircraft manufacturing process, the sheet metal parts production consume a large amount of metal plates, cutting of fold the board blanks in aircraft sheet metal parts manufacturing is a kind of process, so a good choice of cutting layout Methods is essential to improving the utilization of sheet.Layouting system uses computer-aided layout optimization techniques, a series of shapes of sheet metal parts in a given discharge of raw materials on-board to find the optimal spare parts-arranged to maximize the utilization of raw materials. Because this system is for the NC cutting machine tools, it will optimize cutting technology combined with the numerical control technology, developed optimization cutting system of the CNC cutting process, improve material utilization while improving the processing efficiency of CNC cutting.Layout work of Traditional sheet metal parts is to rely on the experience of artificial layouting, which will wast a lot of time and money. In this paper, the study of layout automatic system of aircraft sheet metal parts stacked plates based on hybrid genetic algorithm, using ObjectARX of secondary development tool of the AutoCAD,developed the layout CNC cutting systems for sheet metal parts to solve the layout problem. The main research works are as follows:(1)To analysy the two-dimensional mathematical model of part layout and compare the characteristics of various commonly used algorithms, the final choice of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing hybrid algorithm combining the system as the layout algorithm of genetic algorithm to overcome the premature convergence, local search ability is poor and late slow convergence issues such as the advantages of the use of simulated annealing algorithm to improve the efficiency of the layout.(2) To study some of the key technologies of the system.analysy ObjectARX based on the secondary development of technology of AutoCAD,Combining with AutoCAD graphics database structure and database software technology analysis, established the digital sheet metal parts databases and digital model of parts databases; The emulation technology in AutoCAD environment plate cutting CNC simulation technology, to achieve CNC blanking simulation. (3)According to the needs of production,puts forward layout plan of the aircraft sheet metal of blanking boards in the system, design the structure and function in the the program of the system's overall, the last of the various functional modules of the detailed design and gives the run case analysis.This layout design system has a good interactivity and usability, the use of the software requires only have basic operational capability of AutoCAD.Examples to prove that the system is critical to reducing raw material waste, improve economic efficiency of enterprises has important theoretical significance and practical significance.
