| With the development of modern society and the increase in oil demand, linear Electro-Magnetic oil Pumping Unit was designed. The linear Electro-Magnetic Oil Pumping Unit brought a revolution to traditional oil pumping system, Study of tubular permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) for Pumping Unit had great theory significance and engineering practical value.In the paper, tubular PMLSM was the research object, the paper committed to motor design,electromagnetic properties calculation and temperature field research. First of all, according to the design requirement, the paper proceeded the electromagnetic design of the tubular PMLSM, and built a finite element analysis model of the tubular PMLSM in the Cartesian coordinate system. Secondly, according to the finite element simulation, the paper not only analyzed the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics, but also expounded the caused reason of Detent Force (DF) and provided reducing measures. At the same time the paper discussed that what influence motor structural parameters impacted on the air-gap flux density,excitation potential,electromagnetic thrust etc. performance parameters. At last, the paper researched the temperature field of the tubular PMLSM on the base of electromagnetic analysis, the paper also analyzed the factors that affected the motor temperature, and obtained some useful conclusions, provided a basis for the prototype production. |
