It's necessary to strengthen and improve the research on the plastic concrete. In this paper, the working performance about plastic concrete mixing with fly ash companied with the 28-day compressive strength and the permeability properties was studied systematically by a large number of tests. The major elements following:1. The effects about water-cement ratio, sand ratio, the amount among the cement, bentonite and fly ash were studied on the properties of plastic concrete mixture. Slum and extended degree were the mainly two testing technical parameters. The impacts of the five factors on working performance and rules were analyzed by the way of the comparison of single-factor.2. A reasonable approach of plastic concrete compressive strength test was determined by analyzing the relevant studying methods. The 28-day compressive test on plastic concrete on the size of 150mm×150mm×150mm was operated on 25 groups test blocks. The impacts of the five factors on the compressive strength were analyzed by the way of the comparison of single-factor.3. A reasonable approach of plastic concrete impermeability test was determined by analyzing the relevant studying methods. The 28-day compressive test on plastic concrete on the relative permeability was operated on 25 groups test blocks.
