The research of automatic shift control technology of hydraulic converter transmission is mainly related to shifting strategy setting, simulation and testing techniques and the construction of embedded platform for automatic shift control. The core work of the research is how to determine the shifting strategies, the effectiveness of the shifting strategies is verified by modeling and simulation,and the shifting strategies are achieved in the embedded platform of the automatic shift.The pros and cons of the selected strategy of shifting control have a direct impact on system performance. Therefore, in this issue the four parameters and intelligent fuzzy shift algorithms is improved, and neural network control algorithm is introduced. Weighted shift control algorithm is proposed after understanding all three shift algorithm. The majority of research has been based on the current sampling point data to control the output, with little or no account of the historical sampling point data. However, in this issue, making reference to the historical sampling data is applied to the evaluation on shift operation, with an appropriate amendment to output of shift control.The implement of simulation system is constructed by Visual C++ 6.0 Developers and MVC design pattern. Control strategy tested in the simulation system can be smoothly migrated to the ARM7.The simulation system through the graphical interface shows the parameters of each sensor and the output of shift, according to the preparation of a pre-test data to complete a test. The pros and cons of the automatic shift control algorithm can be analysied and identified for improvement.ARM7 family S3C44B0X controller embedded devices is the primary controller and the whole system is a frore and back process.Foreground process includes the decision-making, shift output, GPRS upload data and maintenance of communication protocols. Background process from the timer interrupt (period 200ms) collectes pump wheel speed, turbine speed, throttle position and the work of pump pressure data real-time. The automatic shift is achieved by the proposed weighted shift control algorithm.Fuel economy and shift quality is also focused on. In order to automatically transmit the real-time data of embedded platform to a remote control center,now GPRS module is added to the platform.Remote communication technology based on GPRS wireless network is easy to implement and low-cost solution.Control terminal has a good mobile performance, less restricted by environmental facilities, consistent with the application of this research.When mobile operator's 3G network is mature,real-time data monitoring module can expand functionality to give more freedom for follow-up study.By the simulation reaserch, the proposed paper studies automatic shift control algorithm meeted the expected demands,which can be achieved the vehicle's automatic transmission requirements.
