Vessels at sea, as a result of ocean waves, sea breezes, ocean currents and other factors, will inevitably produce a variety of sway, of which the most serious is rolling. Serious rolling will lead to negative effect with the seaworthiness, safety, equipments, cargo and the comfort of crew. To the warship, serious rolling will affect the normal take-offs and landings of aircraft, and also impact artillery, which will lead us in a passive position during the war. Therefore, reduce the ship rolling effectively is very important.In these 40 years, lift fin stabilizer has not been widely used because there are many technical problems to be resolved.All these years, people are looking for more convenient and practical lift fin stabilizer measure method. Based on the above background, I designed a fin through the fin stabilizer angle and the hydraulic lift cylinder pressure sensor to replace the indirect measurement of the lift control method. Compared to traditional lift fin stabilizer applications in the lift sensor, install and maintain pressure sensor more convenient and do not need to carry out large-scale conversion of ships. Therefore, this design can avoid the difficulties and errors caused by using lift sensor.In this paper, attack angle in any circumstances, the design of the control system of anti-rolling effect of the lift is not as good as the traditional one. This paper, however, opens up a new direction for lift fin stabilizer design.
