Gear speeder is mechanical equipment with high-speed rotation, and the frequency of the vibration is often quite high. Two-stage isolation has good effect for vibration isolation of high frequency, so it is the main method for mechanical equipment's vibration isolation of ship. In this thesis, according to the structural characteristics of gear speeder, using the power flow theory, design and optimize the two-stage vibration isolation system for gear speeder.First of all, using hydrodynamic lubrication theory, calculate the static and dynamic characteristics of the sliding bearing film of the gear speeder, find the dynamic characteristics of the sliding bearing film, and make secondary development based on MATLAB for providing data support of finite element analysis. Analyze the weld connection's effect on vibration characteristic of gear speeder. Depending on the results of the analysis, build the finite element model of gear speeder and do the modal analysis using ANSYS.Secondly, derivate the power transmission of multi-degrees two-stage system with complex load according to power flow theory. Base on the vibration characteristics of gear speeder, make the vibration isolation design and numerical analysis using MATLAB.Third, depending on the characteristics of medium mass of two-stage vibration isolation system, considering various cases on the design space of medium mass, make the optimal design on medium mass based on topological optimization.Finally, according to the results of above analysis, build the finite element model of two-stage vibration isolation system, do the transient dynamic response analysis using ANSYS, and analyse the effect of vibration isolation system based on the results of analysis. According to the calculation and analysis, develope the dynamic characteristics computing system of sliding bearings, and design the two-stage vibration isolation system based on the vibration characteristics of gear speeder, and find the rule of influence of parameter to isolation system; According to the topological optimization of medium mass, let the stiffness of medium mass increase. According to the transient dynamic response analysis of gear speeder vibration isolation system, verify that the isolation system achieve good effect, and the gear speeder works in good condition.
