The superheater is an important part of a supercharged boiler, which has the most poor working condition of all heating surfance, the hightest tube wall temperature.On the other hand, the tube wall temperature has already closed to the highest allowable temperature, essy to the local cause overtemperature tube burst. Then,the operation characteristics of superheater became the key facters of rapid operation. Which has the big theory and the practical significance.The article takes certain type supercharged boiler superheater as research object, according to the operating conditions of superheater, applicating the heat transfer, computional fluid dynamics, establish the partial differential equation of dynamic characteristics of superheater. Then, maked separate processing to the partial differential equation using the difference scheme. The partial differential equation has been transformed into ordinary differential equations, compled the simulation programes using C language.Simulated the steam temperature, pressure,gas temperature with the disturbance of fuel quantity and amount of water supplied by using the simulation programs.According to the siumlation result:the temperature of tube wall became higher gradually along the flow direction fo steam, the highest temperature was located in the first rows of the third process, closed to the lower header; dynamic changing process during the process of variable load, the response time of steam temperature and pressure is shorter than gas.So, the fuel quantity should be strictly controlled in practical operating process of supercharged boiler, preventing the overtemperature tube burst.
