With rapid development of the Aerospace, transportation and other areas, higher accuracy of the large aerospace complex surface-parts'precise machining is required. This precise machining procedure not only need to satisfy geometry design standard, but also need to guarantee the power, electromagnetic or heat physical performance requirement. Obviously, traditional precise machining theory and technologies for the complex surface parts have been unable to meet the above requirement. Therefore, we must research on the new precise machining theory and technologies for the multi-source constraints re-designing complex surface-parts in depth. Performance-based redesign modeling technology, as an important branch of the precise machining theory and technologies for the multi-source constraints re-designing complex surface-parts, is the key foundation of the precise machining and data visualization.In this paper, basing on the analysis of the precise machining theory and technologies for the multi-source constraints re-designing complex surface-parts, a classification system containing the only geometry constraint surface shape complex surface-part and the multi-source constraints redesign complex surface-part is constructed by analysing the constraints'source that can decide the final precise surface shape of the target surface. According to the differential geometry theory, the precise machining theory and analysis strategy for the multi-source constraints re-designing complex surface-parts have been researched. Combined with the common base structure, the geometry and performance constraints have been analysed by presented the analysis strategy on constraint source. The strategy of modeling and precise machining procedure and the measuring plan are determined.Furthermore, according to research on the theoretical methods of surface modeling and data preprocessing as well as the features of the performance-based redesign modeling, the local modification theory of the B-spline curves and surfaces has been studied and the related three-dimensional redesign modeling visualization and data preprocessing programs are developed on the VC++6.0 platform with Matlab7.0 and OpenGL tools.At the end, the welding deformation simulation of the upper-base sheets is done that verify the presented performance-based surface redesign modeling method. The modeling experiments basing on part of true measured data is done. The results of experiments show that the resigned model of the following base-sheets are fit closely with the upper-base sheets, that realize the surface redesign modeling of the sheets based on the anti-debonding performance.The content in this paper will provide theoretical basis and reference for the following research.
