Permanent magnetism synchronous machine servo control is a complex misalignment which is the close coupling by the prompt denatured system. It has the strong uncertainty and the misalignment, and it will receive the varying degree the disturbance when the system operating. Therefore it's very difficult according to the convention control policy to satisfy the server's control request of high performance, high accuracy, high velocity.This article selects the direct feedback linearization control policy, it choicesωand id for the system's output, thus has realized system's decoupling. In addition overcomes the direct feedback linearization to the parameter sensitive shortcoming, it has joined the gray forecast. Adjusts the element of certainty block through the gray predict that adapts the direct feedback linearization principle. At last, it achieves the ideal effect. The simulation of the servo control system is carried out with Simulink of the Matlab. The result of the simulation shows that Gray prediction feedback linearization algorithm improves the performance of the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system and it could fully satisfy the high-performance control requirements of the servo system.
