Geotechnical engineering construction is developing rapidly, especially being used at super large buildings and complicated structures. It often spends many years to build such large structures, which are required to stand for a relative long time after been constructed. Many large structures are requested to stand for more than half a century and some even more than one century. So, safety monitoring in building constructions and damage detecting in the process of use have caught more attention, and lots of high-tech equipments have been applied in the geotechnical engineering. A series of new problems are brought up in the introducing of the high-tech equipments. For example, many instruments which don't equip analysis software are used to collect the data and the data processing is very troublesome; For some instruments which bring analysis software, but only professional experts can explain it. Moreover the own professional software have many defects because they use the traditional analysis theory. According to the mentioned problems above,"Wavelet Analysis Theory and Application in Geotechnical Engineering"research topic is brought up in this paper. Based on vast monitoring materials of geotechnical engineering and former researches, the author had carried out systematic deep-going study.First of all, based on the characters of geological radar signal which are non-stationarity and non-linear attenuation, and using the fine Time-frequency locality of Wavelet Transform and resolution ratio which changed with stretching or compression of wavelength scale ,the author adopt noise reduction of wavelet analysis, wavelet multi-resolution analysis, and two-dimensional wavelet analysis,etc.,to analyse the embedded depth of steel, cavity of lining structure, and lining's thickness test. The resolution rate and analytical effect have been improved.Wavelet Transform Modulus Maxima Method is first adopted to explore the characteristics of electromagnetic wave propagation through different medium surface, and the tunnel geological advanced prediction of geological radar and geophysical signal are analyzed ,and the specific position of fracture and the cavity is resolved in this article.According to the acoustic emission signal which is a signal with characteristics of transient, multi-mode and non-stationary. Wavelet packet analysis theory is used for the first time to analyze the frequency band energy feature of rock acoustic emission signal under Impact Loading from energy aspect. Acoustic emission rules of different rocks under dynamic loading are summarized. Valuable analysis method is provided to explore the behavior of rock (mass) under dynamic loading systematically.Advanced mathematics calculation method and means are adopted to research the wavelet (packet) analysis theory and its application. It have a high value in their theoretical and application field, and it also provides a theoretical and technological foundation for researching signal analysis methods which are quick and efficient in geotechnical engineering systematically. |
