Old cement concrete pavement transforms to asphalt surface layer, it is important to prevent reflective cracks, Multiple-Head Breaker rubblization technology can effectively eliminate the reflection cracks of the old cement concrete pavement.Firstly, the concrete's delamination situation and mechanics characters are analyzed. Occluding and wedging theory is proposed, it explains the intensity source of breaking slabs. Using the FEA method, based on actual structure, that particle size of cement concrete at different depths are different ,and the cracks is not vertical formed throughout after rubblizated. Then the particle can be occluded and wedged in its place in a crack but not fracture condition.This article also designed the Multiple-Head Breaker uses Auto CAD. And not only to achieve the Multiple-Head Breaker working device 3D parametric modeling, virtual assembly, but also use"framework"module carried out kinematics simulation which analyzed the movement component's state of motion by Pro / E. The operation is simple and quick, the product form visually, the results are accurate and reliable. The whole analysis process consists with the fact through the result.The content of this paper involves the intensity mechanism of old concrete pavement after rubblization, rubblization process FEA, Multiple-Head Breaker design, and will be a reference for promote the use of Multiple-Head Breaker.
