As a new type of renewable energy, wind power, has mature technology, excellent economy and huge market appeal. In order to research the pitch controller and its implementing agencies, through digital methods and physical mixing design and build a wind turbine simulation platform. In MATLAB / Simulink to establish the wind turbine model, design the hardware for variable pitch controller, wind turbine pitch control system simulation with digital models has Achieved. on the basis of the platform, the pitch controller functional characteristics, through simulation experiments have been relatively satisfied with the control effects. so there will provide some design ideas for our country in large-scale wind turbine pitch control system.This paper researches on the test system for pitch controller in wind turbine. The main task concentrates on several aspects as follows:(1)the overall design of the test system, including the principles of the overall program, the system architecture, hardware and software components, External Environment Simulation, Hardware and software for data exchange;(2)the hardware part of system design and implementation of programs, mainly including Pitch control systems and Pitch actuators design and implementation;(3)In MATLAB / Simulink to implement wind conditions, wind turbine, generator, power grid and other external environment simulation. for different wind farm applications, the Pitch control algorithm is improved;(4)the design and development of wind power generation test platform for embedded controller software and PC software.Disadvantage of pure software simulation is only about simulation operator interface, the operation of the real hardware device does not know and understand, with the continued development of wind power technology, power system technology for its personnel at all levels are required to improve the quality of this species of the limitations of simulation models become more prominent. This breakthrough in digital simulation model of a single situation, combined with physical objects, to achieve a wind turbine pitch control the number of physical simulation platform hybrid design, pitch control in the design of algorithms, combined with a number of wide-area environment parameters, the limit on wind power and wind turbines across the low voltage problem, wind turbine pitch control is improved, to maintain their control in the basis of the characteristics of more feature.
