Switched Reluctance Motor Drive (SRD), is developed in the mid 80s and characterized by the simple structure, high reliabilility, wide range of speed, high torque for single startup as well as small start up current, is a new Alternating Current Governor System.SRD, the strong rival of the traditiona AC motor speed-governing system and DC motor speed-governing system, is the current topic in the field of electric drive. Now it is widely used in many fields, such as BUF, water pumps, mining machinery, air compressors, presses , planing machine, pumping units, conveyor belts, plastic machinery, paper machinery and machine tools,etc.Although it's just a short time since it's advent, SRD is developed rapidly and covers a range of application areas such as the mechanical engineering, micro-computer control, design and manufacturing of electric motor, Power Electronic Technique. Therefore there are a lot of noticable shortcomings for this system. This thesis presents some theoretic analysis and experiment on the subject of the exactitude modelling of sensorless control and Swiched reluctance motor. The primary tasks are as follows:(1) The theory of Switched-Reluctance system and its componant is introduced in this paper with the subject of four-pole-pairs SRM.This paper analyzes present linear, quasi linear, nonlinear mathematic model based on MATLAB。Then it illustrates the strategies to control SRM and establishs dynamic simulation by Controlling the chopper of voltage and current.(2) The basic idea of calculation of Electrical Motor & Electromagnetic Fields as well as Finite Element Method is briefly introduced. And the software of ANSYS 10.0. is used to analyze two dimensional static finite element of SRM.(3) The current situation and present status of sensorless control drive is introduced to choose the research way. The structure and calculation of ANFIS is studied to bring sensorless control operation to effect by some training of ANFIS.(4) Finally,this peper provides with platform for the experiment on the basis on theory. Hardware circuit and Software programs is designed to verify its feasibility.
