Synchronous generator is the most important and the most complex element in the electrical power system. It consists of a number of windings with electromagnetic coupling. It is the reference to synchronous generator's transient state and transient process, and it is the precondition of the calculation of power system faults, synchronous generator voltage fluctuations, impulse voltage and the design of field system. The veracity of parameters identification directly influences the accuracy of the calculation and the result for power system design. This text is mainly study for the test of synchronous generators and distinguishes between the direct-axis transient paramenters. This study derives from Harbin Electrical Machinery Plant Electrical Experiment Station's digital transformation projects.In the synchronous generator system, because of the magnetic saturation, eddy current and other factors, electrical machine parameter shows a non-linear characteristics.And because the limit of synchronous generator capacity and testing environment, how to get the exact parameters of synchronous generator have been a subject of greatest concern, there are many theoretical research and system design work is needed to develop. Therefore, synchronous generator's parameter identification is both a theoretical issue subject and practical application issue.The basic problem of synchronous generator parameters identification is designing a reasonable experiment according to various running condition and determining mathematical model of various running condition,this paper in view of the tipycal motor test—three-phase sudden short-circuit text to build model for parameters identification,and improving the model based on the feature to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the paramenter identification algorithm.Study on the nonlinear least square method optimization alogrithms which used to identify the synchronous generator's transient parameters.Changing the problem that identified the synchronous generator's transient parameters into nonlinear methods optimization for solution. In this paper, construct the synchronous generator mathematical model and dynamic equivalent circuit in the dq0 coordinate system. Construct the three phase sudden short circuit simulation model of synchronous generator based on MATLAB.Verify the accurary of algorithm through identify synchronous generator's standard model.The last, verify the feasibility of algorithm through example.Fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller can improve the dynamic and static capability of AC servo system, which can be validated by comparing the experiment results with the simulation results.
