These days domestic energy production priorits to coal, therein low-quality coal,high-sulfur coal and oil shale reserves are larger, circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB) provides a good use of channels for this type of energy development.Widely applied to electric power,providing heat and other enterprises,not only to ease the tense situation of steam coal, but also to overcome the problem of environmental pollution caused by coal-fired ,and to achieve the continuable development of energy production.In this paper, for example the 130t/h CFBB unit simulation,using computer simulation techniques to simulate the configuration of the boiler operating conditions in CFBB operator training, and thus avoid or reduce the operator mistake incidents, to enhance operators'ability about processing the settlement of the unexpected and accident events.First, based on CFBB's modeling makes the characteristics of air-flow, fuel quantity, the furnace vacuum and water systems. Setting up PID regulator control of combustion and water systems, and designing boiler water system, furnace system, wind-smoke system, and mother-duct of boiler steam load control ect four sub-systems design. Analysing of the CFBB's load characteristics and design specifications about automatic control system.Secondly, around the configuration of the AdvanTrol-Pro software environment applicated DCS system design in monitoring program under the CFBB operation, the estimate of process, condition analysis, log management and incident handling program. And exchanging information with runned the configuration program, providing comparison, query, display and print functions.Finally, the introduction about the embedded Visual C + + language optimization monitoring, the definition of List class as a constructed function, the public inheritance makes the process highly regulated, unity, the module called simply, improved the program readability. After the comprehensive analysis expounds that the established water level simulation model caused by an emergency shutdown boiler in Low limit alarm. Full use of the configuration interface of the CFBB system-wide variable digital simulation conditions, providing a real simulation environmen for the training. The research method and conclusions mentioned above will provide theoretical guidance to promoting the training of boiler intelligent process, and improving the field of automatic control computer-assisted boiler system design.
