Eletricity is a special kind of energy. It is an economical, clean, efficient energy, and easy to be transported and transformed. Besides, It is widely used as a special commodity with its own quality. Since the rapid development of economic, social, and science and technology, on one hand, the requirements of power quality is further improved; on the other hand, nonlinear, impulsive load in the power grid are more and more widely used, as a result, the power quality caused by the pollution is getting worse. Analysis of the status of the grid power quality and improve the power quality has become a power company's main task.In this thesis, considering the actual situation the Songshan Lake Science and Technology Park excutes the following research:(i) Monitor the power quality of Dongguan Songshan Lake area by selecteing the technology park typical public Point (Libei substation) and users (Huawei and new energy) for a long period of power quality testing. A Large number of public points of 24 hours of detection information are obtained.(ii) Analyze the power quality of Dongguan Songshan Lake area, the results reveal that the transient power quality of public points in Songshan Lake Science and Technology Parks are qualified with the national standard. However, the transient power quality still has some problems, in addition, the power quality of company need improvement due to the noise.(iii) Provide the improvement actions to management in Songshan Lake aera. Focus on the management of grid participation, build the on-line monitoring system, form power quality system combined with the periodical check and random check to understand the whole regional power quality condition.(iv) Propose the technological improvement in the power noise problem, which can be regared as a significant reference to the related work in the future.
