With the continuous development of science and technology, ultrasound is widely used in medical, military, industry and agriculture. Especially in the medical field, the application of ultrasound for medical industry has played a significant role in the development. However, the output of the ultrasound power is too large will cause some harm to the human body.In this paper, " Design and Testing of 6.5MHz Ultrasound Transducer for Metrology " in the title, focusing on design a high stability, and has a wide output range of output frequency and for the traceability of the ultrasonic transducer, the ultrasonic power provide a reliable basis for the traceability and measure its output power to the ultrasonic apparatus for medical ultrasound power output value of the guarantee provided will be of great academic value and practical significance.In this paper, ultrasonic power source is currently the main components - ultrasonic transducer and international research situation, the ultrasound transducer is designed and tested. The main contents include: high precision ultrasonic transducer research progress of relevant technologies, ultrasound transducer design and manufacturing, the electrical matching transducer, the transducer power measurement and uncertainty evaluation and experimental process result analysis.The results show that the developed traceability 6.5MHz ultrasonic power for ultrasonic transducer development is feasible. The transducer has a good stability, output frequency stability and wide output range, etc., can be used for ultrasonic power traceability.
