DC / DC converter is the key components in modern electronic products, it realize from the power supply voltage to the device operating voltage level after the change. The ripple voltage is a key parameters, determines the work state and life of the whole device, so it is very important for accurate testing. However, at the actual detection work, we have little test methods to use. And it is difficult to remove the effect of interference and noise, and can not achieve the specified bandwidth limit. Through research, accessed the testing methods for practical use of engineering testing, and transport waveform data into the computer with digital oscilloscope and interface. Designed a low-pass IIR digital filter,let the waveform data through the filter, to obtain the result under required bandwidth limit by computer. This automated testing reduces the reading errors caused by human factors, and signification savings in time and increases test efficiency.
