With the development of intelligent power system and unit volum increasing, the study of dynamic charateristics with bolier is becoming especially prominently, it is facing with the object modeling and control algorithm. To establish the mathematical model between the load and bolier parameters is the purpose of this article. In this paper, talken the classical empirical transfer function as basement to explore a mathematical method which can describe a class of nonlinear systems. And with the model to establish control system, it is to study the incremental function observer theory of nonlinear system, and combined the classical PID control to control the new established model, then with understanding of the fuzzy intelligent control theory and then embed into the existing incremental function observer and PID control system to improve the performance of control.The established mathematical model is divided with high-order same capacity and high-order different capacity system, the different simulation tests were taken on the different systems, with the existing simulation systems to configuration then it run with different working conditions and debugging in order to achieve the best control effect, the stability and the robustness of the system is proved with the related derivation and proof. The simulation test with the all operation working conditions can help studying the dynamic characteristic of the system, at the same, the simulation curves are get with normal working condition and different disturbance cases. The simulation tests has shown that the established full scope non-linear mathematical model is reasonable and correct to describe the system dynamic characteritis, the control system also fit for the system with the big lag and large inertia characteristic, and the control result is better and can meet the requirements of real-time simulation.
