Abstract:Applied research in the field of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance has been widely applied throughout the medical, chemical, physics and other disciplines, with the development and application of virtual laboratory, collaborative research has been further strengthened, a strong impetus to nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer of the rapid development of applications.Nuclear magnetic resonance virtual laboratory is a shared experiment resources, carry out service delivery platform for remote collaborative experiment. The platform may be accessible by a good B/S model, and the general B/S structure of the different functions of the service integration platform to control, implement business logic to the client migration, not only can reflect the advantages of Web mode, but also Web model to improve computing performance. It is through the embedded computing modules, enabling customers to custom experiments and to obtain experimental information to conduct experimental research, led by Web model has a good platform for scalability and ease of use.Nuclear magnetic resonance virtual laboratory of the main features of virtual collaboration in the following areas: security authentication mechanism; experimental information services; data analysis services; experiment customized services and other information services. For the Internet environment, security authentication mechanism for enhancing Web application security is crucial, and it is obvious, including authentication, data security measures. Experimental information service for remote researchers experiment customized services, and related information services around such experiments. Data Analysis Service provides a wide range of experimental data analysis in order to use the computer's graphics processing capabilities for data visualization (two-dimensional, three-dimensional) services.
