The main contents of this paper is based on lithium iron phosphate group powered electric car battery management system analysis and design.Lithium-ion battery is a new generation of new high-energy rechargeable battery, with a high working voltage, high energy density, self-discharge, safety and good environmental performance is a major energy source of new energy vehicles.By the lithium-ion battery and its management system for a wide range of new energy vehicles, electric bicycles, robots, etc.They will be very helpful to improve China's new energy auto industry's technology innovation and promote energy conservation and low-carbon economy.This paper will focus on the detailed analysis of the number of large series lithium-ion battery electric vehicle management system. The BMS will ensure the realization of the process of charging and discharging of the battery pack, temperature protection and the state of charge (SOC) assessment, the battery pack and single cell performance, and security management, and balanced charge. Complete set of ARM7 core control chip battery management system (BMS) software and hardware design.
