Wall heat transfer coefficient is one of the important parameters which reflect the performance of wall insulation. However, the means of detecting the wall heat transferring coefficient with heat flow meter still has many limitations, which is not helpful to the wall detection on the construction site. Whereas the detection of the wall heat transferring coefficient with the temperature controlling box-heat flow meter is the primary tool of the wall detection on the construction site. This method has been improved based on the standard detecting method of the wall heat transferring coefficient with heat flow meter, and the introduction of temperature controlling box plays a certain impact in the process of the wall heat transferring. The detecting accuracy of the live wall heat transferring coefficient is subject to the structure of the wall, the temperature differences while testing, the calculating way, the heat transferring direction, the humidity of the wall and other factors as well. The process of the field wall heat transferring is so complex and volatile that it is really difficult for us to study the affecting factors of the heat transferring process and the detection of the heat transferring coefficient by using engineering tests, yet the emergence of the finite element software Ansys provides a great convenience for the research.With the help of the finite element software Ansys, I establish an one-dimensional heat transferring model which detect the wall heat transferring coefficient with the temperature controlling box-heat flow meter of the three wall insulations, such as the self-insulation system, the inorganic lightweight thermal insulation system, and the external thermal insulation system. Moreover, on that basis I simulate the process of wall heat transferring and analyze the influence of the radiation of the hot surface of the temperature controlling box, the temperature differences while testing, the calculating way of heat transferring coefficient, the heat transferring direction and the moisture content of insulation materials, to the detection of the wall heat transferring coefficient.
