| With the social-economic development and rapid growth of population, the environmental problem is outstanding day by day. Since the 80s of the 20th century, " ecological and sustainable development" have been attached great importancethe by the world,therefore, the Ministry of Construction call for a "National Garden City" according to China's national conditions. "Garden City" is a city pattern with Chinese characteristics, advocating a certain amount of green as the basic organic link, art and construction of urban space to organize all the basic elements, to further improve urban green space system and the effective prevention and reduction of urban air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution, noise pollution and a variety of waste, the implementation of cleaner production, green building, green transportation, promoting the city's human and natural harmony, so that the overall environment of the city has the best aesthetic and ecological effects. Based on the Garden City-standard, the Dongshan County Green Space System Plan have a practical significance on the achievement of ecological, social and economic development of the three interactive, harmony and prosperity.(1)Through the collection of information, On the Mountain City, Forest City, Garden City, Ecological Garden City and the Ecological City concept of eco-city Analysis. The focus on ecological garden city and garden city and a comparative study, specifically the "garden city" concept. And on the "garden city standards" reflect and summarize and elaborate meaning, Landscape ecology, systems theory, theory of landscape aesthetics, the guidance of Dongshan County, according to the specific circumstances of the present Green presented to the 2015 goal of Garden City in Fujian Province,and the goal to achieve national garden city in 2020.(2)Through the pre-survey and data collection relating to the study of the area and topographic maps, remote sensing images and related statistics yearbook based data, combined with garden city standards, we conducted an analysis of the Green system on the Dongshan County, structure and layout of the green system, landscape protection analysis, aiso an index analysis of green space system, the distribution of green space, green space systems and urban ecological analysis, organizational management analysis, through which we defined that the status of green space and layout of the integrity and reasonableness need to be improved besides, indicators of green space system in Dongshan County need to be increased Parks and green space are in a serious shortage,and residential areas and the accessory greenbelt urgently need to be improved Green base are poor, urban greening and conservation management needs to be improved we should try every effort to reach the goal of Garden City in Fujian Province in 2015, and the goal to achieve national garden city in 2020.(3)Under the banner of overall planning concept, conservation of plant species diversity and urban history and urban context of the succession of the original habitat protection.According to the principle of ecological priorities, overall coordination, balance layout and local conditions to reflect the characteristics, accessibility, comfort.Then, specific methods of operation refer to the assertion of urban green space system planning landscape indicators, plan layout, the classification of green land system construction, tree species diversity in planning and planning of implementation measures in Dongshan county.Under the standards of Garden City-based Dongshan County Green Space System Planning, and according to Dongshan Island natural landscape features and natural landscape matrix texture,to make full use of mountain, sea, city and forest's favorable conditions. Expanding green space size to outstand landscape plant landscape features and enrich the blend of mountain, sea, cityand forest's urban landscape. All of that set the scientific basis for highlighting the local characteristics of Dongshan's green and attaining sustainable development.
