With the shortage of energy resources, the development of the new energy and the technology of energy-saving have increasingly become the focus of attention. Aiming at the loss of energy of the traditional elevator on the way down, a 22k W new grid-connected energy regenerative system is designed and applied to the elevator successfully.The article presents the problem of the general-purpose frequency converter in application. In order to solve the problem, the energy regenerative technology is investigated. The principle and application of the technology are described in detail. The backgrounds of research and development at home and abroad of the energy regenerative technology are discussed. Finally, the research focuses of distributed power generation system are introduced and the grid-connected standard of distributed power generation is given.In the article, a variety of topologies of grid-connected inverter are described as low-frequency inverter, high-frequency inverter and non-isolated inverter in detail. On the basis, according to the particularity of the energy regenerative system, the voltage-type three-phase half-bridge inverter without transformer is adopted. The working principle of the inverter is discussed and the power circuit parameters are designed.In the article, the principle and implementation methods of the SVPWM strategy are described. The software phase-locked loop and double closed-loop control algorithm are designed.Based on DSP, the new energy regenerative system, including its hardware circuit and software program, is designed. The sampling circuit, protective circuit and display circuit are described in detail. The implementation methods of PWM digital signal are analyzed and the flow sheet of PWM interrupt routine is presented.A 22kW new grid-connected energy regenerative system is developed with relevant experiments. The experimental data and waveforms show that the performance index of the system meets the requirements.
