this research aims to improve the detecting performance of existing magnetostrictive guide sensor to detect various kinds of longitudinal structures. In this thesis, the theory of magnetostrictive guide emittion and magnetic coupling between alternating field and bias field was studied. Moreover, an optimized sensor was introduced and studied. The detail work was presented as follows:Chapter 1 presents the background of the program and a brief introduction of sensors, bringing the latest research and developing orientation.Chapter 2 studies the detection character of NDT, establishes the modeling of guided wave propagation in cylindrical structures.Chapter 3 introduces a magnetostrictive guide sensor, builds the connection between the detected signal and the longitudinal structures charactres. Improves the coupling magnet fields, and introduces an adjustable magnetive structure and a long-time health monitor sensor.Chapter 4 builds a detective software system, which has excellent visuality and operability.Chapter 5 verifies the rationality of the magetostrictive sensor and detective sofrware system, and also the good performance of adjustable bias structure.Chapter 6 summarizes the main work of the thesis, lists the conclusion and prospect for further research...
