As a new energy technology,heat pump technology contributes to energy saving and environmental protection which has been paid attention around the world in recent years. In the process of using heat pump, moisture in the air on the surface of heat exchanger will condense into frost when the temperature of air down to 0℃, moreover the dew point temperature, which will make the decline of heat pump heating performance and reliability. So the topic-based group puts forward a solar-air dual-sources heat pump. It can bring about kinds of various conditions running, and the comprehensive utilization of the lower- grade solar and air energy, reducing season and outdoor temperature influence on the performance of the system, improving the stability of the system. The system integrates solar heat conversion technology and air source heat pump technology to meet the demand of architecture use in a reasonable cost, so as a kind of building energy saving technology, they will have a broader market.The paper hammers at further improving and optimizing the solar- air dual-source heat pump simulation model based on the former research, establishes substance thermal properties state parameter mathematical model of working system (including refrigerants, glycol solution and air), compressor mathematical model, capillary mathematical model, condenser mathematical model, and evaporator mathematical model by using distributed parameter method. Using the numerical simulation method to study the three kinds of operating mode of solar-air dual-source heat pump which contains single air source mode,solar-air dual-source heating mode and single solar water heating mode. The simulation chalks up the performance of solar-air dual-source heat pump system in different working modes, which gains the best operation mode in different air temperature.The simulation data and the experimental data of former are in comparison and the error is less than 10%. Compared with the former model, the error is reducing which provides theory basis for design and optimization of this new type of solar-air dual-source heat pump system.Simulation results show that the heat capacity and COP of system are connected with the outdoor temperature, solar water capacity and solar water temperature. In the single air source mode, the heat capacity and COP of system are increased by the outdoor temperature, in single solar water heating mode, the heat capacity and COP are increased by the inlet solar water temperature and the traffic of solar water, and in the solar-air dual-source heating mode, the heat capacity and COP of system are increased by the outside temperature, inlet solar water temperature and the traffic of solar water under the maximum temperature effective range. In the simulated condition, compared with single air source mode, in the maximum temperature effective range, the performance of solar-air dual-source heat pump system has greatly improved in the solar-air dual-source heating mode and in the single solar water heating mode. The heating boost 2.8%~46.5%, and COP 1.1%~34% in the dual-source heating mode, and in the single solar water heating mode, the heating boost above 1.2%~92.8%, COP above 1.8%~62.8. The impact of solar-air dual-source mode is good when the outside temperature is down. In the maximum temperature effective range, when the outside temperature is above -5℃, compared with the single solar water heating mode, the heating of dual-source heating mode can boost 20.4%, the COP reduce 1.11%~8.5%,so when consumers need heating capacity then use the dual-source heating mode firstly, if the need of heating reduce then use the single solar water heating mode firstly. When the outside temperature is under -5℃, compared with the single solar water heating mode, the heating of dual-source heating mode can boost 0.8%~17.3%, the COP reduce at least 3.2%~14.3%,meanwhile if the sun is abundance, it can use single solar water heating mode firstly, or use the dual-source heating mode on the contrary. At the rated cooling condition, the refrigerating capacity is 2360W, EER is 2.6, which is lower compared with the value 3.2 of air-condition energy consuming standard, so the paper puts forward some improving subjects.
