At present, EMC research appears more important for factories and enterprises in the complex electromagnetic environment. But now, components of complex power electronic control system in the EMC design is still in the stage of exploration in our country. In terms of electrical equipment that used in coal mine, EMC will have a direct affect on its safety, reliability. The frequency control system for mining is an important source of electromagnetic interference, while its electromagnetic compatibility issues are also prominent.Based on this, the paper reviews the current field of EMC-related technology, combined with our group's research results, for the practical problems related to the application of design techniques conducted and radiated EMC and EMC made mine inverter system of trial.This paper firstly based on the producing mechanism of electromagnetic interference and coupling path research and system between internal unit of analysis. On the mine inverter syetem,the basic principles of electromagnetic interference are described. The electromagnetic compatibility is further analysed for mining the main circuit of the power inverter system.Among them, the focus is that the paper made comparatively exhaustive discussion from main circuit structure of common-mode voltage on the inhibition. This paper analyzes the output filter for inverter and the dc neutral of left side of inverter unit, summarizes effective means about neutral-point earthing problem applicating engineering practice. And the resistance and capacitance reasonable configuration parameters were analyzed in the common-mode rejection. Finally the article carries on the simulation of Matlab/Simulink verified analysis.In addition, studying EMC systematically in the flameproof shell finite space, this paper constructs electromagnetic radiation model around current-caryin conductor, which apply of electric and magnetic dipole theory and mathematical calculus. So, it provides theoretical guidance in flameproof chamber recessed for wiring, layout. And we builds EMI model, which is about body components in the flameproof chamber cavities of cavity, such as current-caryin conductor of. And by using HFSS software simulation analysis, the final proof that the shell plays more effective role in design guiding.Finally, I directly involved in the enterprise development of high-power inverter control system design for mine. Especially for flameproof shell, system grounded. Summarized some of the practical and effective means, this paper has provided valuable experience for subsequent research.
