With the heat pump technology is more and more mature and the application of it is promoted, a growing number of research and application has been put into solar heat pump technology. In this paper, solar heat pump radiant floor heating system is researched on theory and experiment and program, the following three main areas is researched:the construction of design and calculation process about solar heat pump radiant floor heating system; the match among solar collector system, thermal storage system and heat pump; characteristics of solar heat pump radiant floor heating system.Through the establishment of the heat balance equation of solar collector, the energy balance of heat storage tank, the system efficiency equation, the mathematical model of auxiliary heating devices and the mathematical models of compressor, condenser and evaporator, the design and calculation process about solar heat pump radiant floor heating system is built; using the prepared computer program, taken a typical residential and a typical villa as research objects, the match among solar collector system, thermal storage system and heat pump is optimized, and the conclusions are obtained:the method taking the heat load of month to design the capacity of the tank is not suitable; the optimal capacity of tank is 94.41L/m2 for villa saving 50% energy in Datong, the optimal capacity of tank is 197.73L/m2 for residential saving 50% energy in Taiyuan, and so on.The system fraction is discovered in this paper. Through the establishment of the mathematical model of system fraction and solar fraction, the model of energy consumption, the system economic model, methods of solar direct radiant floor heating system and solar heat pump radiant floor heating system are compared and analyzed, and the conclusions are obtained:the system fraction of solar heat pump radiant floor heating system is much more 0.02-0.18 than the solar fraction of it; the solar fraction of solar heat pump radiant floor heating system is much more 0.02~0.07 than it of solar direct radiant floor heating system; the annual cost of unit production heat of solar heat pump radiant floor heating system is less more 10%-60% than it of solar direct radiant floor heating system; and so on.Experimental platform of solar heat pump heating system is constructed. The performance of heat pump and the efficiency of solar collector are tested. The comparison of performances of the direct solar heating system and solar heat pump heating system is also studied too.In summary, not only the exact methods for design of solar heat pump radiant floor heating system is offered in this paper and the design and calculation of system is constructed finally, but also relational conclusions are obtained in this paper, which have some guiding significance for the engineering design. The optimization and researches not only make the system save more costs and more energy, but also settles a foundation for the promotion and popularization o(?)lar heat pump radiant floor heating in China.
