Based on the physicochemical property of non-standard diesel and DME, the paper makes design and reformation about low-pressure fuel supply and injection system of 4100QBZL supercharged diesel engine. The normal operation of diesel engine combusted with blended fuel is ensured. According to intermiscibility and viscosity experimental research of blended fuel, the D30 and D50 are fixed as study object.Combustion chamber is modeled and mashed by FIRE. The combustion process simulation is processed from intake valve open to shut. The model is verified by comparison between simulation data and experiment data. The following aspects are studied in combustion persistent period:fuel concentration field, temperature field, NOx concentration field and Soot. The result shows that the atomization condition is good in anaphase of combustion persistent period which can meets the work demand; the NOx and Soot discharge is reduced which can realize clean burning. These can be taken as theory evidence for the future research.By combustion experiment of 0# diesel and non-standard diesel and DME on test bench, the paper makes comparative study of dynamic performance, economical efficiency, emission performance and inner chamber combustion performance on supercharged and med-cool diesel engine, and by which the D50 is chose as best blending ratio. The fuel supply advance angle is optimized by comparative study of 12℃A,14℃A,16℃A,which comes to 14℃A as best option. From the above research, the paper installs EGR equipped cooling device on D50 diesel engine. Its dynamic performance, economical efficiency, emission performance and inner chamber combustion performance are studied. By which the best EGR ratio are received.
