SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer), a high-performance resin internal curing agent, is the orientation of high-performance curing technology in the twenty-first century. It provides some new ideas and methods for us to cope with the cracking and durability of concrete and other hot engineering problems. And it is one engineering material with constant development and improvement and great market potentials. In this article, massive experimental studies were emphatically discussed on the frost resistance of high performance concrete with SAP internally curing. The research results show that:with the proper additional amount of water, SAP could make the C30 concrete suffer 25-50 more freeze-thaw cycles than the concrete with no SAP. However, with too much or too little additional amount of water, the frost resistance of concrete will be reduced. And with 0.05%-0.1% of the SAP and additional amount of water 10-15 times it, as a pure cementitious material, the frost resistance of the C60 high strength concrete will be improved. After 300 freeze-thaw cycles, as a pure cementitious material, the flexural strength of concrete C60 decreased about 40%, and SAP's content had little effect on the flexural strength of this kind of concrete. Only considering the relative dynamically elastic modulus, the order of frost resistance of high strength concrete C60 of different cementitious materials from the poor to the good is:C-FA<C-FA-KF
