Doubly fed induction generator VSCF has become the mainstream model of wind power generation system. This paper introduces sliding mode control and integral sliding mode controller design process, and based on the analysis of the double-fed motor mathematical model, the design of integral sliding mode torque controller is also presented, in order to realize motor robust control under the circumstances of variable motor parameters due to environmental impact caused. Using Matlab / simulink simulation, results show that the controller performance on reactive power of both DFIG and electromagnetic torque transfer is reliable.
