With the increasing pollution and exhaustion of fossil fuel, the development and exploration of renewable energy have become inevitable. Wind power have been developing at a fast pace in recent years as an important component of renewable energy. The synchronization technology of wind power has brought daunting challengers to the entire electric power system. Under this circumstance, the research of wind power prediction has made substantial progress. By analyzing and comparing various ways of wind power prediction, analyzing the factors affecting wind power prediction. This article compares and analysis various ways of wind power prediction and analyzes the factors affecting wind power prediction in an all round way and sets out workable mechanism of missing date repair and abnormal data checking. By doing so, it is possible to acquire the complete date of wind power and easier to collect date in wind power station. It is proved by case that the precision of wind power prediction can be improved by using the combination of physical model and artificial neural networks to predict.
