With the rapid development of the urban construction, the traffic problem of congestion has appeared. Subway has become an important mean to solve the urban traffic problems. In these years, several accidents frequently happened, so it is urgently required people to put more and more attention to the risk management. Especially when new tunnel crosses existing subway, the risk has been too complicated to affect existing subway's safe. Therefore, it is distinctly significant to research this subway crossing project.Currently, the study of risk management in our country has been in the initial stage. Based on the research achievements about risk management, this paper divides the project's risk management into three main phases, which are risk identification, risk analysis and risk control. Meanwhile, the paper focuses on the risk management of crossing project about new subway, and I mainly have done the following work:(1) Make an in-depth study on the whole process about the project's risk management. By summarizing the available information and project practice, we classify risk factor and risk grade. The paper also refers to the control standards and risk strategy through risk factors which has been done by risk identification.(2) About risk analysis, fault tree analysis and numerical simulation analysis should be integrated together. Different from existing single qualitative analysis or just only the numerical analysis model on project's risk, the method in the paper can put the advantages of fault tree analysis and numerical simulation analysis into together. Control system which mail part is technical indicators and others are part of non-technical indicators can be had by the assessment so that we can have a comprehensive risk evaluation about crossing project.(3) Combined with of practical project, such as the project of subway a line crossing from the bottom of existing subway line 4 in Beijing, we had analyzed the whole process from risk sources identification, fault tree analysis, numerical simulation and the treatment and monitoring of risk. Finally, we can see that this project verifies the study mind and results of this paper.
