| As our country's critical infrastructure, the railways play an important part in improving the national economy. In order to enhance the transportation capacity, China has carried out train speedup project for 6 times since Apr.1,1997. These projects brought about lots of technical problems although they benefited the national economy. Along with the increase of the train speed, the dynamic load between the wheel and rail as well as the different components of the bogie will also be increased which put forward more strict requirement on the operating performance of the train. As the key component of the rail vehicles, whether the suspension parameters are consistent with the designing requirement has a vital influence on the overall performance of the train.In recent years, Based on the research on the measuring methods of bogie suspension parameters both at home and abroad, some test bench for measuring bogie parameters were designed. However, all of them were designed on the basis of low-speed train with the features of complicated to maintain and expensive which made them unsuitable for measuring parameters of high-speed train bogie. Therefore, it is important to carry out concerning research and design a new test bench to detect the bogie's suspension parameters.Focused on the suspension parameters'influence on the high-speed running quality, the detecting methods of bogie suspension parameters at home and abroad were fully studied, and then based on the existed standards, a new measuring method as well as the test models of bogie suspension parameters were put forward. Besides, the preliminary design of the test bench for measuring bogie suspension parameters was carried out. The main contents are as follows:1,The evaluation indices that used to evaluate high-speed train's running quality were researched in detail, and then, the suspension parameters'influence on the train's running stability, the running safety and the vibration mode was investigated.2,According to the analysis results of the high-speed train's various running states and the forces applied on the bogie, the model of bogie was simplified reasonably, then the detecting models of bogie suspension parameters were established and the measuring methods concerning were also put forward. The suspension parameters of bogie studied in this paper included the suspension stiffness in the horizontal, vertical, longitudinal direction, the rotary friction torque as well as the relative friction coefficient, the constant friction force and the damping coefficient of hydraulic absorber.3,Based on the measuring methods and test models established, the preliminary design of the test bench was carried out which determined the basic structure and the overall layout. By means of finite element analysis method, the strength check and modal parameters of the main load-bearing structure which including the frame, the test platform and the loading assembly were analyzed in order to ensure that the test bench not only meet the need of strength requirement, but also occur no resonance phenomenon during the measuring process. The analysis results showed that the maximum node stress was far less than the allowable stress, besides, the 1st modal natural frequency were larger than operating frequency of the actuator which not only ensure that there are no resonance between the structure components, but also verify the safety and economy of the test bench.4,The virtual prototype of the CRH2 non-power bogie was established based on ADAMS/Rail software, and then the simulation testing and validation of the prototype were researched in accordance with the test method and measuring method in ADAMS/Rail simulation environment, besides, the uncertainty analysis of all the simulation results was carried out. The simulation results were nearly the same as the actual measure result which means that this simulation could reflect the actual situation. So, we can safely arrive at the conclusion that the test models and measuring methods established were correct, and the test bench designed was reasonable.In conclusion, the measuring methods of bogie suspension parameters and the new test bench designed will help to not only improve the performance of high-speed trains but also reduce the cost and have great economic and social significance. |
