Biomass energy is growing interest because of its environment-friendly and renewable energy. Biomass pyrolysis can transform biomass with lower energy density into liquid energy source with higher density. Looking from the development of energy in recent years, biomass fast pyrolysis is regarded as one of the most promising thermo-chemical conversion technologies. On the basis of biomass pyrolysis fluidized bed reactor of our own, which products bio-oil, this text is coming.This paper concludes in detail the status of biomass energy in domestic and foreign countries, and sums up the analysis status of pyrolysis liquid, bio-oil will play an important role in the fuel market.Proximate analysis of biomass material such as pin sawdust and peanut shell, which includes mainly ash, water, volatile, and carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur content were analyzed, the content of all these physical characters has an effect on the yield of bio-oil. We use chemical analysis method to determine the cellulose and lignin in the pin sawdust and peanut shell.Physical properties of pin sawdust electrostatic oil and original pyrolysis oil were analyzed with precise apparatus, and compared the physical differences between electrostatic oil and original pyrolysis oil, the physical properties contain mainly water content, heating value, viscosity, flash point, acidity. To determine the chemical component of the two bio-oil, GC-MS was adopted. The result shows that the chemical composition of electrostatic oil and original pyrolysis oil is similar, and the bio-oil which is mixture is composed of phenols, aldehydes, acids, ketones.These data can be reference for the application of bio-oil.To know the characters of bio-oil entirely, we used GPC to evaluate the molecular mass and molecular mass distribution of pin sawdust electrostatic oil and original pyrolysis oil. The result indicates that the molecular mass of the two bio-oil is mostly lesser than 2100, and the molecular mass distribution illustrates that there is pyrolytic lignin in the bio-oil, the experimental data can also be reference for the production of bio-oil.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of peanut shell wood vinegar which is refined by molecular distillation was conducted by GC-MS and GC-FID, and determined acetic acid, propionic acid, guaiacol, phenol, furfural, acetol, 2-cyclopentene-1-one and 2-furanmethanol in the wood vinegar. In the end, we get the contents of eight kind of compounds in the wood vinegar and the distillation. This can provide reference for the molecular distillation.
