Following the Vector Control(VC) technique,Direct Torque Control (DTC) of asynchronous motor,which has been developed rapidly in the recent decades,is a new and high-powered AC driving control technique.The idea of DTC is novel,the strucrure is simple,and the control method of DTC is direct .DTC is an excellent AC driving control technique,which has high static and dynamic performance and has been successfully applied in many occasions up to now .Firstly, the basic principle and structure of DTC have been introduced , on this ground,the dissertation deeply analyzes flux linkage and torque control theory of DTC and presents a reasonable voltage-vector switch table. Using Matlab/Simulink build the simulation models which form the whole DTC simulation system.Then, since the disadvantages of traditional PID controller which can't regulate the control parameters automatically, single neuron control theory was applied to the traditional PID controller so as to make up a single neuron adaptive PID controller. The simulation results show that the single neuron adaptive PID controller has a simple structure, strong self-learning and adaptive ability of the characteristics and the control performance is superior to the traditional PID control.the quadratic index is introduced in order to realize the optimal control of the single-neuron adaptive PID controller. The simulation results show that the new learning illustrate that the algorithm improves the stability and fastness in this paper.Finally,the thesis designs a DTC system with digital signal processor(DSP) Module(IPM) are used in this system. Rectifier circuit,inverter driver circuit, the voltage detection circuit, current sensing circuit, the speed detection circuit, conditioning circuits, and isolation circuits are designed System software was compiled under CCS,with program language C,every module in the DTC system and the controlling arithmetic are constructed.
