With the development of underwater weapons and the increasingly harsh impulse environment of underwater explosion, anti-shock performances of vessels and equipments are being threatened more and more fiercely. Multiple wars at home and abroad indicate that anti-shock ability of ship equipments is the key of vessels'ability of non-contact underwater explosions. It's also the basic of carrying out design and evaluation on shock performance of vessel systems.In this paper, the randomicity of anti-shock performance is considered and the prediction model of shock threshold is built up based on the theory of probability reliability. This paper analyzes the shock performance of the typical equipments using time history method. Based on a large number of impact test projects, the shock threshold of equipment will be analyzed statistically and the statistical rule of equipment shock threshold will be found. Finally combined with the dynamical coupling property between equipments and ship hulls, the shock threshold of equipment will be got. The paper aims at offering some references for design on shock performance of vessels.Firstly, this paper concerns on there analyses method of shock performance of equipments and the time-domain simulation is mainly studied. The impact input of time-domain simulation is introduced and impact input expressed by frequency-domain is converted into the acceleration impact curve which can be used in time-domain simulation. Finally, the time-domain analytical method is used in the shock resistance computation of ship equipments.Secondly, the anti-shock performance of ship equipment is analyzed based on probability reliability theory. The definition of shock resistance and the method used to ascertain shock threshold are got. The random factors which influence the shock performance of equipments are analyzed and limit state function of shock threshold is confirmed and the prediction model of shock threshold is built up based on SVM. Thirdly, the shock threshold of typical equipment is researched. The validity of prediction model is validated taken marine supercharged boiler and shipboard gear case for example. Monte Carlo method is used to get random samples and the response of equipments under diversified impulsive environment is predicted. Then the rule and statistical character of shock response are analyzed. Finally, the shock threshold of equipment is analyzed statistically and the statistical rule of shock threshold is got.Fourthly, based on master-slave system coupled vibrations theory ,equipments are truly installed on the ship hull and the coupling system which consists of ship hull structure and equipment is built. The shock response rule and statistical character of equipment of underwater explosion are analyzed and the shock threshold of equipment based on the dynamical coupling property is got.
