Circulating fluidized bed boil is an efficient and low-pollution clean-burning boiler, which has great room for development. Boiler make a higher level requirements of automatic control with the widely used of circulating fluidized bed boil. Combustion control system of circulating fluidized bed boil is most difficult to achieve automatic control in the circulation boiler control system. It is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model of combustion control system because it's a non-linear, time-varying, multi-variable coupled object. So using conventional control strategy is not ideal.This paper research on the combustion system model building and control system of circulating fluidized bed boil based on the above problems. Realize the circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion system control by using the fuzzy self-tuning PID intelligent hybrid. Research on dynamics and heat transfer characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boiler fluid. Establish mathematical models for get out of bed temperature and main steam pressure. According to mathematical models, computer simulation is studied. The simulation results show that the fuzzy self-tuning PID has a good ability to adapt the characteristic change of Combustion system controlled object, which shows a good control performance when the boiler Status change. Result from the control effect, fuzzy self-tuning PID is much better than the conventional PID control, which is fast, stability, adaptability, robustness and anti-interference ability.
