Study On Socio-impact Post-evaluation Of Qinghai Expressway

Social impact evaluation is an indispensability part of project evaluation. By social impact evaluation, the expressway project can be harmonious to its environment, and can avoid the short-time investment or blindness investment, and the resource should be used reasonably, and the economic district layout should be reasonable. There are many defects that should be perfected for the social impact evaluation of expressway projects. So this thesis tries to study on the social impact evaluation of Qinghai expressway projects.Firstly, this article expressway project post-evaluation of the theory of social impact analysis, including expressway projects of social impact assessment after the definition, characteristics and principles, the need for research to evaluate the main content and basic methods; then study the Qinghai Expressway the relationship between construction and economic development, social and economic development of Qinghai Province in the analysis based on the current situation, discusses the social and economic development of Qinghai Province and the construction of the internal transport links, and study the process of socio-economic development of Qinghai Province expressway construction elements ; again, building a expressway project in Qinghai Province of social impact assessment index system, the social impact of the Qinghai expressway project evaluation index system of qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators were analyzed; Finally, the study developed Qinghai Provincial Expressway Project community qualitative indicators of impact evaluation score, and construct a expressway project in Qinghai Province qualitative assessment of social impact assessment methods, comparative analysis based on input-output model and econometric model of the expressway projects of social impact assessment method based on build a simple, practical coefficient based on consumption of expressway projects in Qinghai Province quantitative social impact assessment methods.Special geographical location and the Qinghai-based socio-economic environment of the Qinghai expressway projects in the social implications can not be directly used when evaluating the social effect of commonly used evaluation method, this study provides value of consulting for the expressway in Qinghai Province post-evaluation of the social impact.
