In this paper, ANSYS analyses the various performance of prestressed beams of Harbin-Dalian Passenger Line, and analyse the discipline of stress and strain under moving loads of prestressed beams. Through specific data and calculations comparing with the engineering practice assessed the rationality of box girder's structure.Prestressed box girder structure is commonly used in prestressed structural engineering,this weight of structure relatively light,at the same time it will increase the anti-moment capacity of beams, and give full play to the performance of prestressed concrete beam material. Prestressed beams under normal working stage by weight than the influence by external factors also influence, the most important thing is the train load, This impact load on the beam leading to the dynamic response of beams, This dynamic load on the beam while the stress and strain have a great impact, therefore, the calculation of this part should be focused.In this paper, Harbin-Dalian Passenger prestressed box girder for the study, the load on the beam in the static and dynamic are analysed,then the mechanical properties of prestressed concrete beams are analyzed especially, and discuss the theory of calculation of Deformation, Stress, Crack, Fatigue Assessment.This paper summarizes the way of ANSYS prestressed concrete realization, analyze several stress-strain relations of beam's material. In the building process of the beam model, ordinary steel and concrete as a mixture of materials, and the selection of its elastic modulus is discussed, obtained the empirical formula of elastic modulus calculating hybrid materials. Model separation are used to prestressed concrete, prestressed steel and concrete are established model respectively, then coupling of the two materials.Analyse beam's dynamic response theory under moving loads, the conversion of moving loads is according with the idea of moving constant force, the train's ZK load distribute from the beam width and length direction, loads are distributed on the surface node of beam, the dynamic response of beams at different speeds is studied. Through analyse specific data can obtain that increasing speed of beam's load will also increase the maximum of the stress and strain, the response frequency also increase when the speed increase. The analysis offer reference for design and construction of railway passenger line.
