As an economic, low power, short-distance transport , electric bicycles make a rapid development. Most of the electric bicycles battery is lead-acid batteries, accounting for 95% of the total. Lead-acid batteries scrap recycling, easy to form of environmental pollution. With the lack of energy and the strict control of environmental protection, development of new energy vehicles will be a far-reaching significance.This subject discusses the characteristics of the current battery and conducts comparative analysis of the Lithium ion polymer battery and Lithium iron phosphate battery. Polymer lithium-ion batteries with high capacity, small size, good safety performance and other advantages, better able to replace lead-acid batteries in electric bikes. But the Llithium ion polymer battery research is limited to small-capacity battery charge and discharge characteristics of small current (such as four strings in notebook computers). The high capacity, high-power lithium-ion rechargeable battery protection circuit is not mature.For the example of the electrical redesign of Daluge TDR318PZ electric moped, this article uses the high capacity polymer (Ternary material) lithium batteries (51.8V30AH) to replace lead-acid batteries(48V10AH) and solves a series of charge-discharge problems. The writer has designed e the relevant charge over-voltage detection circuit,discharge voltage detection circuit,the circult of preventing poor contact,+12V auxiliary power supply circult. and also added the step-up switching power supply to control for high speed operation, combined with the original line Of Electric Moped. Finally the lithium-ion electric moped high speed and long-distance running are realized.
