Variable-frequency regulating speed technology has been widely used in industrial production, brings the huge benefits and corresponding problems to enterprises.This paper researched the frequency band conversion processt and related content.First, introduced the double-variable control theory, analysis the control rule and method. Combined the six pulse zero converter circuit, studies the wavefoem optimization method under the control of double-variable.Secondly, combined with the requirements of frequency conversion, puts forward three kinds of frequency switching mode, and makes a detailed analysis separately for each switch mode.Builded the simulation model to simulate for the frequency switching process, verified the feasibility of realizing the smooth switch with different frequency. Compared and analysised the switching scheme to determine switch precepts dopted in the experiment. Finally, made six pulse converter converter and researched the output and frequency switching. Experimental results showed that under the double-variable, inverter system using differential different switching methods based on frequency band, can realize smooth transition process, and the motor can run well.
